What we collect

Account information (name, email, organization) and the operational records your team enters or generates in AgCommand — field activities, compliance documents, task assignments, check-ins, and related media.

How we use it

To provide and improve the AgCommand service for your operation: rendering your records, generating your reports and audit packages, and sending the notifications you configure. We do not sell personal or operational data, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers necessary to run the platform.

Your data, your operation

Operational records belong to the operation that created them. You may export your complete dataset as a portable archive at any time, and request deletion of your account data.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-based, and operations are logically separated from one another.
